How do you get 7 months into motherhood and suddenly wake up?? I think some people never wake up. I just have, with a vengeance. This is a good thing. I was asleep all though my pregnancy, smug and gestating like a big worm, waiting to produce my offspring, and somehow (catastrophic error) assuming my serenity would last… hmmm.
Now cast adrift, not sure why I did it, not sure what I think I’m doing now, not sure what I’m doing is correct, not sure how I’m going to cope, not sure about any of it. Sure that I love my boy. The only thing I’m clinging to!!
Not sure how many times I can walk round Castle Green in a day…. and suddenly this serene and ancient place has become my life. Round, round, round and round….
