Ok, Salsa is the way ahead!
The thing I went to last night was such a good laugh, there were 30 people grooving away, some more relaxed around the hips than others, but all having a great time. And as exercise, it takes some beating. There are aches in muscles I’d forgotten I owned this morning.
Monday night is salsa night round here, so I’m going for lessons. I’ve always wanted dance lessons, and now I’m going to have them! The exhibition dance the professionals put on half way through was amazing, but as long as I can get one foot in front of the other without tripping myself up that’ll do me.
My right wrist is slightly sore, one of the men tried to spin me and ended up putting me in an arm-lock. Never dance with a policeman!
That sounds like a blast! A friend and I were actually thinking about going for lessons with our husbands. I may have to look into it more now! It would be a great work out!
