Hmph!

So much for getting myself into negotiation mode - I even had the thumbscrews, bright anglepoise lamp and a cocker spaniel ready for applying pressure - but as always, meetings run late and when the directors came back, I was just leaving. Next week cannot come soon enough for me *cracks knuckles*.

Meanwhile, the weekend has been set aside as a time to do n-o-t-h-i-n-g whatever. Hooray! The wage of idleness is relaxation!
