If only to get a reaction! :-) The secret is out but not out. ie the person has managed to tell people but none of them can say anything either. I think this is a mad powertripping exercise. But I suppose, in a twisted way, it demonstrates great leadership skills on behalf of the person involved- they should go into political spinning, they're wasted in their present job!
