Can’t be arsed with a title

Still sick, been to docs and we have a double ear infection also. The kicker? Can’t do anything about the ear infection cause… he won’t keep the medicine down!!

 The poor little bugger sicked all down my back and all over the sofa this afternoon - it scares the daylights out of him. Dispassionately, it was warm and comforting at first, as a sensation, then cold and sticky. Like so much of life!

 Rehydrating salts, water, bread, baby rice, banana and sugared water are all we have to play with. The washing machine and tumbler are going flat out. The house is a tip and I don’t give a stuff.

He howls for food and comfort and I can’t not oblige him. My overactive imagination believes that he thinks I’m trying to starve him. The doctor says I doing the right thing and exactly what he would wish but it’s hard. Hard to be led to the fruit bowl by a crying child and told, as plainly as I need to be and without words, that my darling boy wants a banana, he’s hungry, why won’t I give him a banana, mummy I’m hungry, pleeeease… Oh god, I can’t refuse him. He’ll probably be sick but I can’t. I’m crying just thinking about it.
