It was our third maintenance audit today, prior to recertification, and it was like being danced upon by a herd of buffalo. We didn’t pass. That is not to say we failed, but we are to be re-tested in August. I can’t wait…
ISO9001:2000 is all very well in its way, but you need to speak the language. And as the language is that of Total Quality Management, arcane and grey in the extreme, you have to have the mindset for it. Speak it long enough, and you start to look like a TQMmer. And that is sooooo not good.
