This is the motherlode for me, and if I don’t get it it hurts, really hurts.
The pills which were working so well are starting to slip… I’m bolting awake at 3.30 or 4am, and while I seem not to have much trouble drifting off again it seems suspiciously like the thin end of the wedge [...]
