My Head Hurts

I’ve had a headache for three days now and every now and again it blows up into a migraine and then goes back some.

Chocolate is the culprit, unfortunately. I’ve been breaking my diet in the worst possible way and now I’m paying for it.

Losing the weight was so easy. So easy it didn’t feel like I had to try at all, and now keeping it off is bloody difficult. I’m just not in the right frame of mind. Still, if I put on too much I won’t have anything to wear so at least I have that motivation!
