Half-Life of a Problem

So the night before last was an hour, last night was 15 mins and tonight was 4. Long may it continue.
He knows we’re not going to leave him, that we haven’t abandoned him; today he and I spent the whole day pottering, talking, laughing, listening to music, shopping, playing and singing. He has settled down.
