Duvet Day
February 22, 2008 by piereth
I’m in bed, reading, listening to Radio 4 and podcasts, and teaching myself a much-needed lessonette in learning to notice when I’m ill enough to stay home, and then acting on it.
I aim to do nothing more stressful than the above today, interspersed with long snooze breaks.
Hooray for …. zzzzzzzzz…………

Glad to hear you’re taking a break and hope you’re having a restful day. I’m not surprised R is clingy - you’re a great Mum and it’s his only way of showing it.
I’ve broken a small bone in my wrist - very inconvenient and no sympathy from TGLF. There is still lots I can do but little things I can’t do like doing my bra up. Fortunately it’s the left hand and I’m right handed so I’ve managed to mop the floor and take two dogs for a walk. I’ve got little Norman staying again - the love of my life. He’s a little Norfolk Terrier and almost as wide as he is long. He’s very cute and Dad pretends not to like him much but I think he’s quite fond of him and he even gave him his food today.
Does this reply go out to the whole world or is it private - I hope it is.
Anyway have a good zzzzzz and speak soon.
one lessonette from brother: £1000 please….
Tcha! Any minute now, Al, you’ll be asking for money for advice on computers! Wait one….
Carole - thanks for coming by and for commenting - more please! xxx
Good for you! Have a great weekend!
Tell you what, Jenny, I feel really good now - just a day of rest and I feel great. So all I need now is a four day weekend - every week!
