Back to the plan!

Yes, back on the 5 meals a day, restricted treats and no messing around diet plan that was so effective for me last time. I actually enjoy eating this way, it appeals to my finickety sense of order and I know what my meals are going to consist of, more or less, so it’s one less thing to worry about! I only need to trim off 5 or 6 pounds to hit target again, so will just keep on truckin’ till I get there. Right! Time for some grapes and cheese…

One of my mindless snacks is cutting up celery into bite size bits to crunch on while I’m working. Celery is known to bring down blood pressure as well. It works! Once you get the sugar out of your diet, you realize how achingly sweet some things are!
Ah, I REALLY MUST get sugar out of my diet. I know its bad and I felt much better last time I cut it out…
Anything veggie or fruity works for me. I can get out of the habit of eating sugary things just as easily as I get into the habit, if you see what I mean! cake, chocolate, pastry, too much toast and jam - I feel better without all these things already. They always knock my balance off and make me slow and sluggish.

Truce - I get to the point where all the nasty yeasts and bacteria in my are making me gobble sugar wherever I see it. They’re shouting pretty loud just now, but I’m not giving in!!
